Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
o Conduct market research to identify potential target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
o Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other digital tools, to generate new leads.
o Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize them for follow-up.
2. Prospecting and Outreach:
o Engage with leads through effective communication, clearly articulating the value proposition of the company's products or services.
o Initiate outbound calls and emails to nurture relationships, gather information, and set up appointments or demos with qualified prospects.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
3. Relationship Building:
o Build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers through consultative conversations.
o Understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges to effectively position the company's offerings as solutions.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized strategies for specific target accounts.
4. Collaboration with Sales Team:
o Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide necessary information for successful sales conversions.
o Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on lead generation activities and sharing insights from prospect interactions.
5. Metrics and Reporting:
o Track and report on key performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue generated from lead sources.
o Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role in the technology or IT services industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the company's products or services.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage lead activities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with IT services, software solutions, and industry trends is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
