Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Kochi/ Hybrid

Our clients include software product companies that outsource their development and maintenance needs. We seek a Lead Generation Executive to expand our market presence in the USA and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the USA and Europe through LinkedIn and other online channels.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct meetings to present our services and understand client needs.
- Sales Strategy: Execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in offshore software development companies with targets achieved.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and client engagement.
