Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Experts to join our team. This role involves calling prospective clients, converting leads into site visits, and ultimately driving sales. Comprehensive training, data, and leads will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Calling:
Make 100 to 150 calls daily to potential clients using provided data and leads.

Lead Qualification:
Identify and qualify up to 10 prospects per day who are interested in site visits.

Client Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate a minimum of 6 site visits per week and at least 20 site visits per month.

Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure high conversion rates.

Reporting:
Track and report daily call metrics and visit schedules to the team lead.

Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on the Noida and Noida Extension real estate market trends and developments.
Qualifications:

Communication Skills:
Strong, neutral communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.

Real Estate Interest:
A genuine interest in making a career in the real estate industry, particularly in the Noida and Noida Extension markets.

Experience:
Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM systems and other technology tools for managing leads and schedules.

Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets consistently.
Compensation and Benefits:

Fixed Salary:
Competitive salary ranging from INR 10,000 to 50,000 per month based on experience and performance.

Additional incentives of INR 1,000 per site visit conducted above the monthly target.
