Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote (as of now) /Office-based (Preferable Locations- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai)

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in Email Marketing and Lead Generation, specifically targeting the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads.
- Craft compelling and personalized cold emails to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and keep them warm.
2. Lead Generation:
- Conduct database searches to identify and compile a list of potential leads.
- Utilize email marketing tools to track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Analyze data to understand lead generation metrics and improve conversion rates.
3. Client Outreach:
- Reach out to prospective clients on an ongoing basis through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure continuous engagement.
4. Content Creation:
- Write engaging and persuasive email content tailored to the target audience.
- Create moderate-level graphics to enhance email marketing content.
- Produce and manage intermittent posts on LinkedIn and Facebook pages to engage with prospective clients.
5. Social Media and Advertising:
- Proficiently use LinkedIn for outreach and engagement.
- Run targeted ads on Google and LinkedIn to support lead-generation efforts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation, specifically targeting the US market.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling cold emails and follow-ups.
- Moderate graphic design skills, with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Ability to run and manage ads on Google and LinkedIn platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and improve lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in intermittent posting and engagement on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
