Job Summary:
As a Lead Generation Representative, you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to research and engage with potential clients, turning initial interest into warm leads. You will utilize various tools and strategies to gather and manage leads while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers.
Market Research: Understand the target market and customer needs.
Build a Database: Organize contact info and interactions.
Engage Leads: Initiate meaningful conversations.
Qualify Leads: Assess readiness and fit.
Set Appointments: Arrange meetings for sales.
Share Content: Provide value through resources.
Feedback Loop: Share insights with teams.
CRM Management: Use CRM tools for tracking.
Meet Targets: Work towards sales goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in lead generation or a related role is a plus; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self motivated with a results oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
