Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Job Research Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to regularly search various job platforms, identify companies hiring in specific locations, and obtain contact details of HR professionals through LinkedIn. The successful candidate will also be responsible for sending cold emails to introduce our services to these companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular searches on various job platforms to identify companies hiring in designated locations.
- Utilize LinkedIn to find contact details of HR professionals and other relevant contacts within the target companies.
- Send cold emails to HR professionals to introduce our job platform services.
- Maintain an organized database of potential client contacts and outreach efforts.
- Monitor and track responses from cold emails and provide regular reports on outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a research or similar role, preferably in recruitment or sales.
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection and a reliable laptop.
