Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Lead Generation Specialist to join our IT services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads from international markets, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and collaborating closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients. This role demands a deep understanding of IT services, market trends, and the ability to target potential clients across various industries.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:
Identify and generate leads through various online and offline channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and networking events.
  • Research and target potential clients in international markets, focusing on key decision-makers within the IT sector.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT services sector.
  • Analyze competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Lead Nurturing:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups, providing them with relevant information and addressing their queries.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with sales goals and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a strong understanding of the company's IT services offerings.
  • Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the progress of lead generation efforts.
  • Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, particularly in international markets, within the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, software development, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers.
Proficiency in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
