Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Lead Generation Specialist to join our IT services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads from international markets, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and collaborating closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients. This role demands a deep understanding of IT services, market trends, and the ability to target potential clients across various industries.
Identify and generate leads through various online and offline channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and networking events.- Research and target potential clients in international markets, focusing on key decision-makers within the IT sector.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT services sector.
- Analyze competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends to refine lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups, providing them with relevant information and addressing their queries.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with sales goals and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a strong understanding of the company's IT services offerings.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
- Provide regular updates to management on the progress of lead generation efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, particularly in international markets, within the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, software development, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers.
Proficiency in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
