Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our marketing team. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads that convert into sales opportunities. You will employ various strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify potential customers and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Identify target demographics and create prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media to connect with prospects.- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and understanding of prospect needs.
Set up appointments and meetings for sales team members with qualified leads.
- Monitor and analyze the success of lead generation campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts and strategies.- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive or similar role in a B2B environment.- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel).- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
