Job Title: Senior Lead Generation Specialist : International B2B

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Sales and Marketing

Shift Timing: 05:30PM to 02:30AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales and Marketing Team for the client located in Canada. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads through voice calls to potential customers based in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound voice calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client's products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and document potential sales leads based on the criteria provided by the client.
  • Maintain and update lead generation databases using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales lead targets as set by the management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve performance and share best practices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up with prospects as necessary to close lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and potential improvements to enhance lead generation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a BPO environment, preferably in sales lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to speak with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Canadian accent is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using BPO software and other wtools.
  • Strong MS office skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
