Requirements

Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Bengaluru, responsible to :

  • Create lead generating campaigns across various business platforms, mainly in LinkedIn
  • Evaluate and Pre-qualify the leads,
  • Generate new leads
  • Effectively communicate with potential leads and clients
  • Conduct sales activities
  • Expert utilization of Lead Generation Tools
  • Adhere to the organization policies and procedures

Qualifications-

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented in approach with 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, Client communication, and sales.
  • Excellent research skills to identify new leads and opportunities
  • Adept knowledge on usability of suitable extensions to generate leads and to run campaigns.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build effective lead generation strategies and plan activities
  • Collaborate with SDM to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Submit marketing and sales pipeline reports
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce,etc..,)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch/German(Optional)
  • Experience in generation of qualified leads focusing SAP/ Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
