Requirements
Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Bengaluru, responsible to :
- Create lead generating campaigns across various business platforms, mainly in LinkedIn
- Evaluate and Pre-qualify the leads,
- Generate new leads
- Effectively communicate with potential leads and clients
- Conduct sales activities
- Expert utilization of Lead Generation Tools
- Adhere to the organization policies and procedures
Qualifications-
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented in approach with 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, Client communication, and sales.
- Excellent research skills to identify new leads and opportunities
- Adept knowledge on usability of suitable extensions to generate leads and to run campaigns.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build effective lead generation strategies and plan activities
- Collaborate with SDM to develop and implement sales strategies
- Submit marketing and sales pipeline reports
- Proficient in using CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce,etc..,)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch/German(Optional)
- Experience in generation of qualified leads focusing SAP/ Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
