Experience: 1 year in International B2B Sales & Lead Generation Industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Ability to work in a 24/5 environment.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client outreach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Hands-on experience with online research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Hoovers) for retrieving prospect contact information.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.
Proficiently make outbound calls to identified target prospects within specified segments.
Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through personalized communication strategies.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with interested prospects to further discuss our offerings.
Maintain a well-organized database of leads and clients, tracking all interactions and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
