Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Lead Gen Specialist / Email Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in B2B Sales, particularly in Lead Generation and Customer Outreach through email marketing. This role is pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential customers, ultimately boosting company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, oversee, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including domain warmups, bulk messaging, and cold emailing.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint and target potential leads.
- Leverage email marketing tools and software for campaign automation and enhancement, such as Apollo and Zoominfo.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goal attainment and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain email databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in email marketing, particularly in domain warmups, bulk messaging, and cold emailing.
- Thorough understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Preferably, hands-on experience with US-based processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
