Role Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Google. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful lead generation efforts, a deep understanding of these platforms, and the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive lead generation strategies for Facebook and Google platforms.
- Identify target audiences and create audience personas to guide campaign efforts.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for lead generation campaigns.
Campaign Creation and Management:
- Create compelling and effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Launch and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired results.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, specifically on Facebook and Google.
- Continuously test new strategies, ad formats, and targeting options.
- Implement A/B testing to refine and enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, specifically on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads are a plus.
