Position Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads using email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. You will work closely with our business development team to identify and target potential clients, build a pipeline of prospects, and initiate meaningful conversations that lead to new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaigns: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage with potential clients. Tailor content and messaging to resonate with specific industries and prospects.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Use LinkedIn to connect with and engage potential leads. Send personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and nurture prospects through LinkedIn messaging.
- Lead Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and decision-makers in relevant industries, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email databases, and more.
- Content Personalization: Create personalized outreach content that addresses the specific pain points and business challenges of prospects, highlighting how ResourcePlan can provide solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, lead interactions, and follow-up actions within our CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Follow-Up Strategy: Develop and implement follow-up sequences to nurture leads, ensuring consistent engagement and increasing the chances of conversion.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their interest level, fit with our services, and potential value, passing high-quality leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of email and LinkedIn campaigns, including open rates, response rates, and conversion rates. Provide reports and insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall company goals.
Who Were Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation with a focus on email marketing and LinkedIn outreach, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads through email and LinkedIn, with measurable results such as high open rates and response rates.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive outreach messages.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using email marketing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage outreach campaigns and track performance.
- Personalization: Experience in creating personalized and targeted outreach content that resonates with specific audiences and industries.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can manage multiple outreach campaigns independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
