nPosition Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing databases, executing tele-calling campaigns, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and nurturing activities.
nKey Responsibilities:
no Database Management: Create and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential and existing leads. Ensure the integrity and relevance of data through regular updates and quality checks.
no Tele-Calling Campaigns: Execute targeted tele-calling campaigns to generate fresh inquiries and follow up on existing leads. Engage with prospects to identify their needs and generate interest in our products and services.
no MIS Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports on lead generation activities, including campaign performance and conversion metrics.
no Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide follow-up support for their campaigns. Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
no Customer Interaction: Engage with existing customers to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
no Collaboration: Work closely with the SolidWorks marketing team to plan, report, and analyze lead generation efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve results.
nMinimum Experience:
no Experience: 2+ years of tele-calling experience with a focus on lead generation and development.
nEducation:
no Qualification: Graduation and above.
nRequirements:
no Track Record: Demonstrated success in entering accounts and bypassing gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers.
no Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
no Approach: A street-smart approach to breaking the ice with prospects, delivering impactful messages, and establishing rapport with potential clients.
