We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our sales team and contribute to our growth through effective telephonic outreach and relationship management.
- Responsibilities and duties
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, online directories, and other channels.
- Client Negotiation: Engage with clients to negotiate terms, prices, and secure contracts.
Lead Channel Management:
Handle leads from various platforms such as Indiamart, TradeIndia, etc.Follow-Up:
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.Customer Interaction: Address client queries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Desired Candidate Profile
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Listening Skills: Strong ability to listen and pay attention to details.
Mathematical Skills:
Good grasp of basic mathematics for accurate quotations and negotiations.Adaptability:
Enthusiastic, quick learner with a positive attitude towards challenges and change. Prior experience in the precast concrete or construction industry is advantageous but not required.
Previous roles as Lead Generation Specialist, Lead Generation Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or Sales Associate.
