Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Gen Specialist / Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Sales, with a focus on Lead Generation and Customer Outreach through email marketing , you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns, including domain warmups, bulk messaging, and cold emailing.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads.
- Utilize email marketing tools and software to automate and optimize campaigns like Apollo and Zoominfo
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage and maintain email databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing, specially in domain warmups, bulk messaging, and cold emailing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Experience with US-based processes is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
