Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India

Reports To: Director of Sales

Experience: 3+Years of Experience

Job Purpose: The Cold Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads through cold emails, networking, and other outbound sales techniques within the advertising and outsourcing services sectors. They will leverage their industry knowledge and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and similar platforms to effectively pitch our services and secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the advertising and outsourcing services industries using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.io.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate contact with key decision-makers in agencies, publishers, and Adtech firms.
  • Utilize sales scripts and value propositions tailored to the specific needs of prospects in the advertising and outsourcing sectors.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our Advertising and Media services.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and quotas within the advertising and outsourcing services sectors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices specific to advertising and outsourcing clients.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities within the advertising and outsourcing services sectors.
  • Utilize insights from tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to adjust sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
  • Email Marketing and CRM Management:
  • Utilize Outreach.io or similar tools for effective email marketing campaigns and CRM management tailored to advertising and outsourcing clients.
  • Craft compelling email content and sequences to engage prospects and drive conversions.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, focusing on advertising and outsourcing services metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in cold emails, cold calling and lead generation within the advertising and outsourcing services industries.
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management specific to advertising and outsourcing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives in the advertising and outsourcing sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
