About The Job

We seek a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will identify and generate sales leads through various channels,

including digital marketing campaigns, social media, and networking. Your goal will be to increase

company revenue by converting prospects into qualified leads for our sales team.

Location:

Peppermint s HQ: Pune, Maharashtra

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand customer base.

Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.

Research and identify new market opportunities and trends.

Create and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., email, social

media, PPC).

Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

Track and report on lead generation performance metrics to management.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in lead generation.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dripify,Snov.io etc).

The dress code is professional when based in the HQ with necessary protective gear when in the

assembly area like overalls, gloves, safety goggles, safety shoes, and other personal protective

equipment as required.
