Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Chennai with one of our premium clients . As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team. Your primary focus will be on researching potential customers, reaching out to them through various channels, and nurturing relationships to move leads through the sales funnel.

SHIFT TIMINGs: Night Shift(7pm 4am)
Notice Period: Immediate, or currently serving notice or 30 Days
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and identify potential leads using various sources such as the company's databases, social media, and online research.
Contact potential leads through Cold Calling, Email campaigns, and other methods to generate interest in the company's products or services.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their suitability for the appointment process.
Engage with leads to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information about the company's offerings.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Qualifications
Graduate/MBA Degree in Marketing
5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication - Verbal & Written(US/UK Exposure)
Previous experience in a B2B (business-to-business) sales environment.
Knowledge of inbound marketing principles and lead nurturing strategies.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead-scoring techniques.
Certification in relevant areas such as inbound marketing, lead generation, or sales(US/UK Customers).
