We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a passion for driving growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Identify Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries.
Generate Leads: Use various tools and methods (email campaigns, social media, cold calling, etc.) to generate leads and build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Manage CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data within the CRM system, tracking the progress of leads through the pipeline.
Outreach: Initiate outreach efforts through personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls to engage potential clients.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and pain points of potential customers to ensure they align with the companys offerings, and qualify them for further engagement.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and assist in nurturing prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Track and Report Metrics: Measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities, providing regular reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to adjust lead generation strategies as needed.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation or sales (1+ years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics (email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
