Lead generation Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Generation Manager located in Bengaluru. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, researching and targeting potential clients, managing lead qualification and conversion processes, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies. The role also involves analyzing market trends, optimizing lead generation campaigns, tracking and reporting on lead generation metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

• Strong knowledge and experience in lead generation and sales
• Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify target demographics
• Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
• Experience in the UX UI design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
