The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies:
- Create comprehensive lead generation strategies to meet company objectives.
- Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn generation, Upwork and social media.
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns and programs.
Lead Qualification and Nurturing:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, data analysis, and outreach.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and convert leads through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and improve conversion rates.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
- A/B test various lead generation tactics and channels to determine the most effective approaches.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze lead generation data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation strategies and campaigns.
