Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Lead to join our team at GetVantage. As a Lead Generation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads for our business. This includes identifying target audiences, creating outreach campaigns, and managing lead generation activities. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in lead generation and a track record of successfully driving business growth.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth through lead generation
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics
  • Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing

Roles And Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our dynamic team of 8-10 representatives. As the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring the team meets its targets. Your exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be essential in motivating and guiding the team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team

targets.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity,and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

  • Sales Target Setting and Tracking:

Collaborate with the sales management team to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for your team.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics regularly to track progress towards goals and take corrective actions when necessary.

Sales Process Improvement

Continuously assess and refine the sales administration process to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

Identify bottlenecks and challenges in the sales process and propose and implement effective solutions.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination:

Act as a liaison between the inside sales team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any interdepartmental issues that may arise.

Sales Reporting And Forecasting

Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, trends, and projections for senior management.

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Customer Engagement and Product Development:

Utilize customer feedback to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.

Collaborate with Product Development to generate ideas for new features or products that align with customer demands.

  • Increase Customer Engagement:

Research and explore innovative methods to increase customer engagement and satisfaction, leading to long-term customer loyalty.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:

Ensure that the sales team adheres to all sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in leading and managing inside sales teams, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Proficient in sales reporting and data analysis to make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a keen interest in understanding customer needs and preferences.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
