Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize lead generation techniques, including cold calling, to initiate contact with potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our ERP software capabilities to potential clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for outbound lead generation, utilizing a combination of phone calls, emails, social media, and networking to reach potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and influencers within retail businesses, including independent stores, franchises, and chains.
- Initiate outbound prospecting activities to introduce our POS solutions, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, address objections, and position our solutions as viable options.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria including budget, timeline, and decision-making authority, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, and personalized communications to nurture relationships and advance prospects through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 1+ year of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in the retail technology industry.
- Strong understanding of Retail Point of Sale (POS) solutions and technology trends in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions to retail business owners and decision-makers.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and goals.
