Job Summary:
Plansom is a cutting-edge SaaS company revolutionising productivity with our AI-powered app. We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. This role offers significant growth potential. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for executing a structured weekly outreach process to identify and engage with potential customers. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with sales tools, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification and Outreach:
- Successfully utilise lead generation, contact database management and email outreach tools.
- Send messages through automated sequences.
- Achieve targeted open rate and call booking rate from initial messages.
Automated Sequences Setup:
- Set up outreach sequences flow.
- Monitor and optimise sequences to maintain target open and booking rates.
Meeting Booking and Management:
- Book and manage target calls per week, converting leads into deals within Pipedrive.
- Create custom presentations for booked meetings.
- Develop customised demos per week, tailoring Plansom plans with AI to meet specific customer needs.
Customer Needs and Proposal Development:
- Understand and document customers specific needs in a detailed template.
- Work with the team to conduct customer calls/demos to present and review proposals.
Proposal Follow-Up and Negotiation:
- Follow up on proposals.
- Support customers through internal approval processes and work with the team to negotiate and close deals.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Executive and other team members.
- Document all interactions and progress in CRM systems for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, results, and insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation, with at least two years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in cold outreach and direct email campaigns.
- Experience in using AI tools for lead qualification and personalisation.
- Proficiency in using Apollo.io, Pipedrive, Google, Waalaxy or other lead generation, contact database management and email outreach tools.
- Expertise in creating personalised email campaigns and custom presentations using various design and marketing tools like Canva.
- Strong communication skills for nurturing leads and converting them into customers.
- Ability to analyse and segment target audiences effectively.
- Knowledge of email sequencing and follow-up strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.
- Basic understanding of AI and its applications in sales processes.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation quotas.
