You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities for Jeeblys logistics and on-demand delivery services.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to
create a pipeline of prospective clients, from SMEs to larger enterprises, and build
relationships that convert into sales.
This role is critical in helping Jeebly expand its B2B and
B2C market reach by prospecting leads, engaging with decision-makers, and setting up
high-quality meetings for the sales team.
You will also be tasked with educating potential clients on Jeeblys value proposition,
including our technology-driven logistics solutions, flexible delivery options, and real-time
tracking capabilities. As the first point of contact, your role is vital in shaping prospects
perceptions of Jeebly and laying the foundation for successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential B2B clients in industries
such as e-commerce, retail, food & beverage, and other sectors needing reliable
logistics solutions.
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and social
media to connect with decision-makers and introduce them to Jeeblys services.
Qualify Leads: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to
understand their logistics needs, pain points, and challenges, and determine if they
align with Jeeblys service offerings.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Jeeblys point-to-point delivery, and
be able to communicate how these services benefit various industries.
CRM Management: Accurately record interactions and progress in the CRM system,
keeping track of leads, tasks, and client status.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team to
further engage with prospective clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and
emerging needs within the logistics market to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
to align outreach efforts and follow up on campaigns or inbound leads.
Experience and Skills:
1-3 years of experience in a similar sales, business development, or SDR role, ideally
in logistics, e-commerce, or a B2B tech-driven environment.
Experience with outbound sales activities, such as cold calling, email outreach, and
lead nurturing.
Strong understanding of logistics, delivery services, or similar industries is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
over the phone and through email.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets, especially in generating leads and setting
appointments.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong organizational
skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
