Customs Wise India is an Outsourcing/Offshoring Company catering majorly to Shipping & Logistics companies based in Ireland & the UK. Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced lead generation executive to join our company.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete research on the prospective clients business and hiring needs.
- Partner with sales teams to win prospective clients
- Identifying and growing the sales pipeline with highly qualified sales opportunities in the market research industry.
- Make sales pitch to customers by understanding their needs
- Helping in closing a customer sale and achieve yearly targets
- Generate customer leads by doing cold calling
- Oversee aspects of digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Making use of LinkedIn and sales navigator for client prospecting, lead generation- Identifying new sales lead across the globe.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news
- Assess the suitability of leads by understanding their needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes

Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in Lead generation, B2B marketing, or related roles.
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B Sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
- teams.
- Experience in the Logistics/BPO/Staffing sector is a plus
- Should be comfortable in Irish/UK accent
