Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in lead generation, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, and a good understanding of ERP solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into qualified prospects for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate and manage outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing them to our ERP solutions and identifying their business needs.
E-mail marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather relevant business information for targeted outreach.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and align efforts with overall business objectives.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, outcomes, and key performance metrics.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, with a strong focus on cold calling.
ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to understand and communicate ERP-related concepts effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track interactions.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
