- Location: Mulund West, Mumbai.
Any graduate + 0 -2 years experience in inside sales/presales/telesales
Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to present our services and establish rapport.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
