Job Purpose:
We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Representative to communicate with our customers inbound or outbound calls to sell our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from both current and prospective customers who are calling to avail our services or ask questions about the same.
Easily navigate through our CRM and other portals.
- Using basic sales techniques, understand customer's needs to receive all required information and sell our services.
Capture customer's details and create orders in CRM.
