Our Enterprise Services organization is looking for a Lead Functional Analyst in SAP Finance to lead the Global ERP Finance team. The Finance Manager is accountable for managing the successful design, build, test and run activities of the Global SAP Central Finance suite SAP Finance, S/4HANA and Central Finance. This role will set and execute on a strategic vision and roadmap for the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and executive leadership. The role will act as a strategic thought partner and liaison between several cross functional teams. The SAP Finance Manager is responsible for selecting, developing, and retaining leading-edge talent, as well as ensuring the team has the skills and capabilities to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:n
Excellent understanding of ERP(SAP) technologies.n
Leads the functional team through build, testing and deployment phases of SAP implementation, including coaching and mentoring a team of IT professionals.n
Demonstrates extensive-level experience and a proven record of success leading a team in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Central Financen
Builds and maintains cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to ensure the solutions teams meet expectations and contribute to achieving business goals.n
Develop and sustain effective, trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders including senior leaders to provide credible insight and advice about leveraging technology for business effectiveness and competitivenessn
Provides leadership to inspire and empower the team to accomplish work and meet business demands and develops workforce strategy to meet the Company's current and future software engineering needs through hiring and developing talent.n
Creates and maintains an environment that fosters open communication, learning, collaboration, transparency, and inclusiveness.n
Define and maintain business requirement documentation standards to ensure sufficient detail and clarity, collaborating with business partners to ensure that these are captured correctly with clear and complete understanding of process and technology implicationsn
Manage the Software Development Life Cycle to Ensure that all delivery activities are performed in an efficient, quality, and compliant mannern
Ensure that all ERP Applications are reliable, resilient, secure, and compliantn
Maintain effective relationship with strategic vendors (software and Application Maintenance Services)n
Qualifications and Backgroundn
Experience related to Tier 1 ERP's preferably SAP.n
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related disciplinen
6-7 years SAP experience including large scale implementations with at least 5 years in Financial Accounting and Management Accountingn
2+ years management experience.n
8+ years working in IT

Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN)n
Deep understanding of Corporate Finance Processes supported by Central Finance such as central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared servicesn
Integration of Central Finance with SAP and other non-SAP solutionsn
Have functional expertise in several Finance areas including General Ledger Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center, Treasuryn
Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlesslyn
Previous experience driving process excellence resulting in increasing efficiency and reduced costn
Interface and partner with C-level Executives and Senior Managementn
Ability to understand the business, business needs and identify areas that can be optimized.n
Demonstrated ability working on complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.n
