Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead the design and implementation of both front-end and back-end components using Angular and other modern frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of developers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive our projects forward successfully.

Location: 100% Remote, India
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of user interface components using Angular frameworks.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate vision and designs into seamless, functional web applications.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or other back-end technologies.
Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
Engage in code review, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure high-quality software development.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development to continuously improve our offerings.
Have solution architecture mindset to identify the architectural dependencies, risks and mitigations
Mentor junior developers in best practices and advanced techniques for both front-end and back-end development.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
Present and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and high-quality work.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Angular and other front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Java, Node.js, Python
Strong understanding and implementation experience of RESTful services and APIs.
Knowledge of authentication and authorisation mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, etc.
Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
Ability to design and optimise database schemas.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
Experience with containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of cloud platforms - Azure and AWS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in mentoring and coaching junior developers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in full stack development.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing client relationships.
A portfolio of previous work showcasing excellent design and coding skills.
