Job Title: Lead Frontend Developer
Location: 2nd Floor, Laxmi Plaza, above Fine Foods, Next to Gaikwad Petrol Pump, Aundh, Pune-411007
CTC: Depending upon last drawn and negotiable according to the interview
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and React Native.
Education: BCA/MCA, B.tech/M.tech or degree in Computer Science, Design
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a team of talented frontend developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using cutting-edge frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and React Native.
Animate and Engage: Bring interfaces to life with advanced animation frameworks such as GSAP or Framer, creating captivating and interactive user experiences.
UI/UX Mastery: Collaborate with our design team to translate complex design concepts into pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Figma to create and manage design systems, ensuring seamless collaboration between design and development.
Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously driving improvements in our development processes.
Skills Required:
TypeScript: Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience integrating it into your development workflow.
Animation Expertise: Proven experience with animation frameworks such as GSAP or Framer, with a keen eye for motion design.
UI/UX Knowledge: Deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience design principles, and best practices.
Tool Mastery Proficiency in Figma and other design tools is a must.
Leadership: Prior experience leading a team or project is highly desirable.
