As the Lead Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications. You will leverage your expertise in Flutter and Dart to build and optimize our mobile apps, guiding a team of developers to deliver top-notch solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions for complex mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine application requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across various devices and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in mobile development.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion of development milestones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications built with Flutter and Dart.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile application development best practices, including UI/UX design principles and mobile architecture.
- Experience leading development teams and managing projects from concept to deployment.
- Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Knowledge of native Android and iOS development is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS) is advantageous.
