The Global Real Estate | Facilities | Security (REFS) team is a cross-functional team at Cloud Software Group responsible for its global footprint across the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and India. Duties and Responsibilities
Security & Camera Systems
Manage the entire lifecycle of technical security projects, including scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance. Identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce cost with new technology.
Coordinate all aspects of Security System Platform and Application Support (server hardware) and System Administration (badging and reporting).
Configuring panels and readers, including setting up devices, updating IP addresses, collaborating with IT to verify port configurations, and connecting readers to panels. Performing hardware testing and ensuring all devices are online.
Manage service providers and maintenance of installed technical devices and systems.
Daily monitoring of the operation of Security Systems critical functions and alarms, detect, correct and dispatch trouble tickets when unable to manage internally.
Review transaction logs in all 4 servers (Master, AMER, EMEA, and APAC) and SQL scripts to identify transactions and assist in error resolution. Ensure that systems are communicating both upstream and downstream
Oversee user account management, ensuring appropriate access permissions for system security. Collaborate with IT for smooth user onboarding and remote access support.
Partner with HR Ops regarding WorkDay Lenel Integration. Monitor termination and new hire information from HR. Review and reconcile with Lenel data.
Weekly calls with service provider for support and training to ensure everything is running efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with the badging team in India to review access to restricted rooms, updates to badge policies, and conduct reviews of badge-only employees. Assist with reporting and troubleshooting issues.
Provide reports on an as-needed basis, including badge swipes (globally or site-specific), access levels to determine access to sites or specific rooms/areas, active badges, and contractor data.
Gather evidence for incident reports. Collect Verkada camera snapshots, badging information, swipes, and data to help identify the person/incident.
Risk Management
Collaborate with site security teams and facility managers as risk assessments are performed to support specific requirements.
Support system various internal and external auditing requirements.
Develop and maintain access control standards, policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and internal SLAs.
Manage Cloud's REFs related security, privacy and compliance programs through Full Circle.
Project Management
Review, develop technical security designs, installation, including floor plans, device location drawings, and wiring diagrams for new projects.
Coordinate decommissioning of systems for sites that will be exited.
Maintain individual site documentation, ensuring all security systems are accurately documented and stored following approved standards
Manage buildout and development of general facilities systems service desk, Go Cloud, Eptura, etc. Handle initial team problems, log issues, follow up with IT.
Procurement
Manage related vendor RFP process, including SOW creation
Raise PR/PO for related vendors and manage vendor payment process resolve discrepancies.
Required Experience/Skills
5 - 10 years of work experience in IT / Facility Services in a corporate environment
Experience/knowledge of in physical security, access control systems, CCTV equipment, investigation and the operations of security related equipment and protocols
Proven experience as a system administration or similar role with a knowledge of, implementing software platforms tailored to enhance departmental efficiency and streamline operations.
Support emergency situations and be available during nights and weekends as needed.
Flexibility to work global hours to take necessary meetings in various time zones.
Ability to interact effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in managing both short-term and long-term deadlines while simultaneously overseeing change management initiatives.
Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft products
Lenel Certification.is required
AutoCAD working knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalentdegree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
