- Lead all Treasury & Credit related deployment activities for assigned region to ensure timeliness of deliverables and gate readiness
- Represent Treasury & Credit in regional deployment meetings, this will include providing relevant updates and identifying roadblocks
- Identify current state gaps and/or possible risks and propose proactive solutions to mitigate
- Report risks, issues, and/or escalations back to Treasury & Credit leadership
- Ensure standard, harmonized processes are implemented globally and aligned to global banking strategy
- Partner with regional Treasury & Credit process teams to coordinate ERP governance activities and deliverables
- Follow up on key deliverables and planned progress to ensure timely completion
- Support execution of E2E testing for all deployed Treasury & Credit functionality for assigned region
- Extract customer information & credit data from local legacy systems
- Organize data in specific formats & share with internal stakeholders
- Assist with SAP security role profile assignments and testing for newly deployed countries
- Establish and maintain documentation, job aides, and training materials in partnership with Organizational Change management
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of five (5) years of combined Treasury and/or Credit business process experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading large system and/or ERP implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the following SAP modules; Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management, and Financial Supply Chain Management
- Experience with SAP, PowerBI and/or basic data extraction (manage queries, sql, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to influence and partner with cross functional stakeholders
- Proactive mindset
