Main Purpose and Key Responsibilities

ofi is initiating a project to implement OneStream as its Enterprise Performance Management system. Key processes in the scope of the project include financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and financial/management reporting.

The implementation of OneStream is a complex project that will have multiple workstreams (end to end design, OneStream configuration, interface development, testing and data migration, training, process changes) and will involve multiple internal and external stakeholders. Successful delivery of the project will involve planning and coordinating delivery of various components/work-items from various internal and external stakeholders.

The EPM Tech lead would have the below responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development/maintenance team.
• Responsible to lead the finance process solution development and system design for OneStream and any other business application.
• Design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions on OneStream.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster their technical growth.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and solution optimization.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development process.
• Maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• EPM application experience of around 10 years, should have played Technical Lead role managing support team and business users.
• Should have reasonably good knowledge of Financial accounting, IFRS and consolidation
• Prefer CA / CMA qualified / semi qualified.
• At least two full lifecycle OneStream project as a Solution architect and strong hand of business rules is a must.
• Strong understanding of OneStream Architecture and ability to support and configure OneStream key solutions like Planning and consolidation along with MarketPlace solutions.
• Understanding/experience of managing financial consolidation/Budgeting and MIS solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resourcing & effective planning / execution.
• Strong coding skills in VB.net or C#
• Proven business knowledge and OneStream software application specific functional knowledge.
• Experience with data integration between different system/ SAP sources, REST APIs is an added advantage.
• Ability to work from ofi Chennai office and travel to other ofi locations if needed.
