Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation across multiple brands. The company's technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands (both current and future). The Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company's rapid growth and influence how we reach the guest and, more importantly, how the guest wants to interface with us.

Inspire's Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 6 years of Mobile App development and design experience is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of React Native experience
  • Strong hands on Coding, React-Native, Type Script and Java Script.
  • Experience leading a team of minimum 3-5
  • Experience developing React-based applications using REST
  • Good to have experience with API-first headless content management systems like Contentful, Contentstack, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in Agile software development methodology
  • Independent, self-managed, and motivated
  • Ability to break down complex problems and provide easy to understand solutions (and/or code examples)
  • Experience using mono-repos
  • Good knowledge on Node.JS
  • Experience using API-based authentication workflows OAuth2 using services like Okta, etc.
  • Experience with NPM tooling, task runners, Babel, webpack
  • Advanced usage of React including but not limited to optimization techniques.
  • Expert in React fundamentals, including components, hooks, and state management using Redux or Context API.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Expertise in ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.
  • Experience in optimizing Mobile applications for speed and performance.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodology
  • Independent, self-managed, and motivated
  • Ability to break down complex problems and provide easy to understand solutions (and/or code examples)
