- Test website applications to ensure they meet quality standards for clients.
- Identify defects bugs and work with developers to resolve them.
- Create test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time.
- Perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for products.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant project experience in Manual testing is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain testing infrastructure in the team for efficient testing.
- Write detailed test reports and performance analyses for the product.
- Participate in the complete software development life cycle for new products.
- Communicate with operations team to gather and understand the requirements.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA.
- Expertise in any test management tools, Testrail would be preferred.
- A basic understanding of web technologies such as .NET(optional), HTML.
- Good understanding of SQL and API Testing using postman.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts, and good management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred skills
- Should have some exposure of Agile methodologies.
- Any QA certifications like ISTQB is a plus.
- Basic idea on Salesforce.
- Should have some working knowledge on automation testing.
- Knowledge of E-commerce domain is preferred
