Lead Engineer- MTD Developer

Main Purpose:

Enterprise Solutions Assoc Analystwill be part of the PGT eHANA Sustain teambeing setup under Enterprise Solutions function in Tech Hub at Hyderabad. This role supports the sustain activities along with issues fixes, implementation and deployment of the Make ToDeploy(MTD)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT). The objective of this role is to focus on run and maintain of PGT reports, processes and develop the objects adapted to PepsiCo Global Template solution supports for MTD/EAM.The role collaborates in standardization of the business processes in sustain and ensuring that the configured system aremaintainedaccording to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.This role augments the capability within Enterprise Solutions function to sustain the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) in agile manner to multiple markets for MTD/EAM value stream.

Accountability:

• Resource to be part of DSO team. Responsible to analyze issues/tickets raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA.

• For the Enhancements/new report requirements,own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template.

• Partner with the Value StreamLeads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy- Consult / Execute

• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of the work.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences

Key Skills/Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering required

• Experience with solution design, configuration and implementation for SAP Analytics tools

• At least 1-2 years SAP HANA development within XSA environment.

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience on SAP HANA development with CDS views, Complex Calculation views, storedprocedures and Business warehouse on HANA developments

• At least 1 year of knowledge and experience of Supply chain development in S/4 HANA

• Experience in developing and debugging reports and dashboards using FIORI, Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), WEBI etc.

• Added advantage - Good coding skills in either of these: SAP-ABAP, SQL, Java script

• Good to have: Knowledge and skills for SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT)

• Desired: At least 1-2 years of major SAP transformation project with experience in

• Functional & technical solution design & development

• Develop project deliverables - formal/structured methodology

• Analyze requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes

• Development, execution and hypercare

• UAT execution lead role for a specific area

• Functional & Technical Workshop delivery

• Training material and documentation development
