Mission Statement
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer specializing in Electrical Control and Protection schematics. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing electrical control and protection systems. This role involves leading a, ensuring product / project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety and team of engineers
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Project Execution: Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control and protection for high voltage protection.
- Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction to customers requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are met it's quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, control systems, and protection schemes.
- Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, Manufacturing drawings / documentation, test plans, and reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all products.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Background
- Bachelor's / master's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on control and protection schematics of substations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools like E3Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
