As part of our digital transformation at one of the world's leading automotive suppliers, we are looking for a collaborator who will play a crucial role in identifying and proposing cutting-edge solutions so to drive our business transformation in the sphere of Generative AI. As the ideal candidate, you will work as a member of the Collaborative & Cloud Services Department and particularly in the Cloud Services Center of Excellence.You already possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills.
Functional Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess the applicability of generative AI techniques to specific business problems.
- Engage with line-of-business users to understand their needs, pain points, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Lead and contribute to GenAI projects for internal customers.
- Communicate project progress, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in GenAI concepts, including RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and Models fine-tuning techniques.
- Understand the concepts of major AI models such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Mistral AI (not exhaustive)
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT technical teams, including architecture, GenAI developers, and Cloud engineers.
- Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of generative AI solutions.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of IT security principles.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and incorporate best practices into projects
Qualifications:
- Information technologies Master's degree
- Proven experience in designing and implementing generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles and deep learning frameworks
- Familiarity with applications development concepts
- Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Azure) and AI services
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex processes into functional requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a passion for cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a worldwide organization and willingness to travel within our sites
