About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Engineer specializing in Electrical & Electronics to join our R&D team in the automotive sector. This role involves designing and developing electrical and electronic systems for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design: Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for automotive products and components.
- Engineering Analysis: Conduct engineering analysis, simulations, and tests to validate designs and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Prototyping: Create prototypes and test rigs to evaluate the performance and functionality of electrical and electronic systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems into overall product designs.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications for design reviews and project documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in electrical system design.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or a related field.
- Experience: 6-11 years of experience in electrical and electronics design, preferably in the automotive industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components and systems.
- Experience in embedded systems, PCB design, and vehicle electrical architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
