Yours Responsibilities:
- Technical Management and steering of idea to offer activities (esp. product project, lifecycle management) within IN L4L consumer products.
- Propose, monitor and manage (measure definition) product-related KPIs, esp. complexity, SPC and TTM targets for the PCP VIBs for IN L4L.
- Accountable for technical suitability & evaluation for targeted VIBs within SPC sourced from BSH/OEM partners.
- Responsible for project execution in compliance with IN L4L product & feature roadmap including innovation.
- Drive product benchmarking process for IN L4L relevant products per the category roadmap
- Support for the IN PCP teams- QM, PU, SC, etc. for seamless execution for projects & PLM initiatives.
- Build local OEM & supplier base as per roadmap to meet technical needs in a cost-effective manner.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical- or Electrical-Engineering.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in developing consumer products.
- Experience in different functions in development, operations, product lifecycle management of small appliances for mass-production, like design, features evaluation, functional development, etc...
- Preferred experience and deep knowledge of Indian consumer products specifically for Mixer Grinders, Hand Blenders, and Airfryer etc...
- Preferred knowledge of Design Thinking & UX approach to understand consumer needs.
- Experience in financial evaluation for preparing proposals & assessing business cases.
- Experience in driving products from Idea to production in the Indian landscape.
- Knowledge of applicable Indian standards for product approbation.
- Working in an international environment and intercultural competence.
Specific Knowledge:
- Process Management and knowledge about project management process.
- Driving innovation for consumer products in the Indian context.
- Working with local OEMs & vendors to build up required supplier base.
- Intercultural competencies.
- Working within an international Network and fluent English in speech and writing.
