Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all ground-related operations within your region, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Drive the planning and construction of drone facilities and landing sites, applying your civil engineering expertise to optimize layouts for safety, efficiency, and scalability.
- Participate in the planning and construction of new drone facilities and landing sites, applying civil engineering principles to design layouts for optimal efficiency and safety.
- A good knowledge of planning Electrical and Plumbing designs for the drone HUB and Landing zones across the region.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze topographical data in coordination with stakeholders in the region to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements for drone equipment, infrastructure, and related services, securing optimal terms and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay informed about and navigate complex local and national regulations governing drone operations, ensuring unwavering adherence to aviation and healthcare regulations.
- Analyze operational data from your region, identify areas for improvement, and generate insightful reports that inform strategic decision-making for continuous optimization.
- Foster a seamless cross-functional environment, collaborating with internal teams to maximize drone capabilities and enhance overall system performance.
- Champion a robust safety culture, implementing and enforcing comprehensive protocols for all drone operations within your region. Develop and conduct training programs to equip your team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Manage and oversee regional projects related to the construction of drone facilities and logistics, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of your regional drone network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4-6 years of experience in related fields, preferably drone logistics or infrastructure development.
- A valid Two-wheeler and Four-wheeler license with good driving skills.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering principles for infrastructure design and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication across diverse teams.
