Your Mission:

As our Senior .NET Team Lead, you'll be the technical compass guiding our development efforts. You'll create robust solutions, mentor team members, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the architectural design of complex .NET applications.

Lead code reviews and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Manage resource allocation and team productivity.

Champion best practices in software development and design patterns.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Innovate continuously, keeping our tech stack current and competitive.

Technical Prowess:

Master of .NET 6 (Core), C#, and ASP.NET.

Proficient in Angular

Guru in Blazor Server for crafting dynamic UIs.

Expert in MVC 5 architecture and implementation.

Proficient with Dapper ORM for optimized data access.

Skilled in both REST and SOAP API design and consumption.

Passionate about unit testing (MS Test, XUnit, or NUnit).

Wizard in MS SQL, capable of conjuring efficient stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.

Advocate of SOLID principles and Dependency Injection.

Veteran of enterprise-level API/Microservices architectures.

Experienced in Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
