Job Purpose :
The role entails ensuring stability of dialer application, telecom lines performance management and real time monitoring. And reducing idle time of the agents by delivering system enhancements and analyzing database to improve existing processes effectively through technological advances.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead outbound call center dialer functionality end to end.
- Ensure dialer operators are managing the database and campaigns effectively for seamless output.
- Monitor dialer operators strategy periodically for business conversions & connectivity delivered in a specific campaign.
- Control Idle time and call drop offs by understanding pacing ratios.
- Design daily, weekly & monthly rhythms on database allocation as per the business objectives and utilization of database.
- Responsible to manage telecom lines and recommend to switch lines between GSM, PRI & SIP to increase the connectivity for employees.
- Design and govern attempts made per customer and per product to ensure customer experience is intact. At the same time create, monitor and modify the policy as per business requirements periodically.
- Propose new and profitable strategy to control costs & increase business output.
- Analyzing data and implementing innovative ideas to ensure higher connectivity.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any
Post-graduation : MBA, PGDM
Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience
