Job Summary
- Manage the research, design and development of solutions on MS Dynamics 365 platform (SaaS and On Premise)
- Work closely with business stake holders and end users in analysing user needs specific to Corporate Banking CRM and develop appropriate business solutions
- Enhance existing implementations to cater to evolving business needs ensuring code quality and adherence to design principles and guidelines
- Monitor the development of robust test suites and validation mechanisms to ensure software meets quality assurance standards
- Proven expertise in building high performing solutions for large scale implementations in complex environments
- Ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience with core hands on experience on MS Dynamics CRM, Power Platform Suite (Power Apps and Power Automate), C#, Typescript, PCF, KingswaySoft, XRMToolBox, Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), Plugins, SQL Server, SSIS, Bit Bucket, IIS
- Candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Exposure in implementing solutions on a hybrid architecture (online + on premise)
- Experience in implementing solutions in the Banking and Financial industry
- Ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a collaborative mind set
- Should be open to learn and implement new technologies based on the evolving needs of the project
- Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Business
- Collaborate and partner with product owner, business users and senior business stakeholders to understand the data and reporting requirements of the business and clearly document it for further analysis
- Work closely with architects and infrastructure teams and review the solutions
- Interact with support teams periodically and get input on the various business users needs
Processes
- Process oriented and experienced in onsite-offshore project delivery, using agile methodology and best practices
- Well versed with agile based project delivery methodology.
- Should have successfully implemented or delivered projects using best practices on technology delivery and project release automation in banking and financing industry
- Adherence to SDLC processes using tools such as ADO, GIT, Bit-Bucket
- Actively participate in discussions with business users and seek endorsements and approvals wherever necessary w.r.t technology project delivery.
Risk Management
- Assess and evaluate the risks that are related to the project delivery and update the stakeholders with appropriate remediation and mitigation approach.
- Review the technical solutions and deliverables with architects and key technology stakeholders and ensure that the deliverables are adhering to the risk governance rules

Qualifications
- EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position
- Relevant industry certifications
- 8+ years overall experience in Dynamic 365 Sales. Must have Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SaaS and On-Premises) experience
- Well versed in Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Skilled in MS Dynamics 365 Configuration and customization using C#, JavaScript and Fetch XML
- Development of custom frameworks using PCF
- Experience in managing development, testing and deployment through ADO, GIT and Bit Bucket
- Data migration and management familiarity using KingswaySoft, XRMToolBox, Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), , SQL Server, SSIS
- Paginated reports using SSRS
- Strong and proved .NET programming using C#; database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment
- Shall be competent in process and workflow design and implementation, designing of operating model, and automation program management
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications strongly preferred
- Excellent UI design skill and hands on experience in designing and developing entities in PowerApps
- Experience configuring and customizing Canvas & Model driven Apps Understanding of business process in model driven apps
- Experience Using Power Automate standard and custom connectors
- Exposure to a large complex organization, including stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of web-based Technologies Advanced
- Experience with Agile best practices and methods such Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development Advanced
