As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Developer Lead to join our team and lead our development efforts.

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Developer Lead with expertise in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack, Laravel framework, and AWS (Amazon Web Services). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. As a Developer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development team, guiding projects from conception to completion, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using the LAMP stack and Laravel framework.

4. Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security.

5. Oversee the deployment and management of applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and reliability.

6. Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both independently and collaboratively with the development team.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development and cloud computing.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.
• 3. Strong proficiency in the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), including hands-on experience with PHP development.
• 4. Extensive experience with the Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
• 5. Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and experience working with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• 6. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
• 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
• 9. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is preferred.
